About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide broad operational, administrative, and organizational support to our leadership team and growing construction organization. This is a highly trusted, high‑impact role designed to help “make the world go around” — supporting onboarding, coordination, meetings, communication, and day‑to‑day business operations.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of administrative or operational support experience
  • Experience supporting multiple leaders or departments
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time‑management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, growing environment

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree or higher
  • Experience in a professional or business environment such as: Construction, Corporate office, Professional services

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to multiple leaders and teams at the leadership level
  • Act as a reliable, go‑to resource with a can‑do, flexible attitude
  • Manage office‑related needs, including supplies, business cards, gifts, swag, and other ad‑hoc requests
  • Coordinate staff onboarding for professional roles (non‑craft)
  • Assist with onboarding logistics, training coordination, and internal communication
  • Support employee experience initiatives, including birthdays, work anniversaries, employee milestones and celebrations, culture‑building efforts and internal communications
  • Coordinate interviews, schedules, and calendars as needed
  • Prepare for staff and operational meetings, including agenda support, note‑taking, and follow‑up documentation
  • Assist with internal events, training sessions, and company activities
  • Maintain internal databases, including email distribution lists and contact and communication records
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Support internal communication efforts across teams
  • Assist with pre‑qualification processes for trade partners, subcontractors, and vendors (as capacity allows)
  • Support documentation and coordination efforts currently shared across leadership (as capacity allows)
