About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a temporary assignment. This role will support key documentation, data entry, and record management functions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically proficient, and capable of managing sensitive and complex documentation with accuracy.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Teams/Approvals)
  • Excellent written, editing, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complex and long-term projects
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with document control systems and content management tools preferred

Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry, including Device History Records, Near Miss Reports, and complaint records
  • Compile and maintain Device History Records by assembling test and assembly documentation alongside shipment records (both hard copy and electronic formats)
  • Update Device Master Records to reflect changes in assembly drawings, bills of materials, and related documentation
  • Ensure proper organization and archiving of documentation in compliance with internal processes
  • Maintain and manage document control systems and content management tools
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and completeness of records
