About The Position

Second Life Mac is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate will support the Head of Sales and assist in driving business growth through effective RFP processes and assistance to the Sales team. Responsibilities

  • Mange RFP submissions
  • Support Sales projects, trade shows, materials, shipping, meetings
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients
  • Conduct market research and analysis to support sales initiatives
  • Provide administrative support such as preparing sales proposals and reports
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Assist in maintaining CRM systems like Salesforce to track sales activities
  • Support the development and implementation of sales strategies
  • Work in-office, with remote work 1-2 days a week with manager approval
  • Occasional travel to trade shows when needed to support Sales team members
  • Report directly to the Head of Sales Operations
