This exciting administrative role supports an experienced Financial Advisor, Head Administrator, and collaborative team in a fast-paced and client-centered office environment. This position is offered through the Sacramento Branch of NW Staffing Resources.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience using CRM systems and virtual meeting platforms
  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and welcoming experience for clients in person and over the phone
  • Support daily office operations, including ordering supplies and managing office equipment
  • Conduct outbound calls to clients regarding appointments and follow-ups
  • Schedule meetings and appointments with prospective and existing clients through phone and email communication
  • Manage executive and advisor calendars while maintaining accurate client records and files
  • Assist with company events and occasional personal assistant tasks for the CEO
