Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2-4+ years of administrative support or customer service experience
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and takes initiative
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and administrative activities to maintain an organized, efficient, professional workplace
  • Serve as a central point of contact for employees, visitors, vendors, and general office needs
  • Coordinate facilities, office supplies, equipment, maintenance, security, and vendor services
  • Support office events, meetings, training activities, employee onboarding, and overall employee experience
  • Provide administrative support to Sales, Service, Operations, and local leadership
  • Assist with invoices, purchase orders, expense documentation, records management, and other office financial activities
  • Coordinate local marketing activities, customer events, trade shows, fleet administration, and special projects as needed
  • Proactively identify process improvements and help ensure office priorities are completed accurately and on time
  • Perform additional responsibilities and special projects as needed to support evolving business and office needs

Benefits

  • The typical hourly pay rate for this position ranges from $21.35 - $34.00 in Georgia.
