Requirements

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for supporting children's learning and development.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in early childhood education settings is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and ensure a welcoming environment for staff and families.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for the educational team.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both digital and physical, for easy access.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support the enrollment process by managing inquiries and maintaining student databases.
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Assist in organizing events and activities that enhance the learning experience.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office supply management.
