About The Position

We are looking for a full-time, entry-level Bilingual Administrative Assistant who is fluent in English and Spanish. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, organized, willing to learn, and comfortable helping with a variety of everyday office tasks. Our San Antonio office is busy, collaborative, and team-oriented. You will work with attorneys, legal assistants, and administrative staff to help keep the firm organized and operating efficiently. We value professionalism, reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail. Every task matters, and this position plays an important role in supporting our team and the clients we serve.

Requirements

  • Available full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Reliable transportation for local mail pickups and office errands

Nice To Haves

  • Previous office or administrative experience
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience scanning, copying, filing, or handling mail
  • Experience working in a professional office environment

Responsibilities

  • Pick up mail from the post office and other designated locations
  • Sort, scan, label, and process incoming mail
  • Distribute mail and documents to the appropriate team members
  • Prepare and send outgoing mail, packages, and legal mailouts
  • Create and organize physical and electronic files
  • Copy, scan, upload, and properly label documents
  • Prepare client file copies
  • Assist with organizing client documents and evidence
  • Assist with basic filings and document submissions
  • Enter information and update records in the firm's systems
  • Maintain organized filing systems and work areas
  • Assist Firm Administration with basic tasks and projects
  • Provide general administrative and office support as needed
