About The Position

This position involves working with seniors, family members, and professionals in a fun and rewarding environment. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for maintaining the phones and the front desk. The Administrative Assistant will be friendly to all who enter and stop whatever they are doing to help the residents, family members, and visitors. Anticipated hours would be 4 pm-7 pm Monday-Friday and 9 am-5 pm Saturday-Sunday. We are looking for someone who is compassionate, professional, and highly organized to support the daily operations of our assisted living community. This role requires an individual who understands and promotes the philosophy of assisted living while ensuring residents receive respectful, individualized care in a safe and welcoming environment. This position also supports front desk operations by maintaining a clean and organized workspace, monitoring infection control practices, collecting guest meal payments, assisting with tours, and helping visitors feel welcome. Additional duties include supervising caregiving staff on assigned shifts, reporting maintenance or safety concerns, assisting with emergency preparedness procedures, transporting residents to appointments as needed, and supporting the Administrator with daily operational tasks. The ideal candidate will maintain confidentiality, uphold resident rights and dignity, work cooperatively with team members, and demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed to support the success of the community.

Responsibilities
