About The Position

The Administrative Assistant will provide office and administrative support for the facility or department to ensure efficient operations. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Responsible for scheduling appointments, preparing reports, handling correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Minimum 2 years of office experience required, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Data entry experience in a wide variety of platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Proficient in use of office equipment, including faxes and copiers
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and maintain calendars for assigned leaders or teams, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Draft, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations; ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries via phone, email, or in person; provide information or route requests appropriately.
  • Organize and update electronic and physical files, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval of documents.
  • Arrange meeting spaces, prepare agendas, distribute materials, and record minutes as needed.
  • Track inventory and order supplies to maintain adequate stock for efficient office operations.
  • Prepare expense reports, process invoices, and enter data into systems accurately and timely.
