About The Position

We're currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to be the first friendly face and voice our customers encounter. In this role, you'll help create a welcoming experience for our guests while supporting a variety of administrative functions that keep our dealership running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Previous administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and coworkers
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-first mindset
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative environment

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers in person and over the phone with a positive, professional attitude
  • Direct customers to the appropriate team members and departments
  • Maintain customer phone and walk-in traffic logs
  • Process, record, and file incoming inventory paperwork
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Assist with general office and administrative tasks
  • Support dealership operations with additional projects and duties as needed
