This position will be responsible for creating and maintaining our customer service experience by delivering extraordinary service to our homeowners. The role involves welcoming homeowners, receiving payments, handling billing questions, transferring calls, responding to homeowners via Live Chat and Emails, working extensively with Outlook and recording correspondence software, conflict de-escalation and resolution, following up on outstanding issues, explaining situations or billing issues face-to-face, and providing billing support. The ideal candidate will provide high-level customer service through internal and external emails.
