This role will provide administrative support to partners and team members, assisting with a variety of day-to-day tasks. The position involves managing schedules, processing expenses and billing, making travel arrangements, and preparing client deliverables. The Administrative Assistant will also manage the CRM system, prepare various forms and workflows, monitor training schedules, and provide backup support to other administrative staff as needed. This is a non-exempt position, and may require working hours exceeding a standard 40-hour work week.
