Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn electronic records and database systems
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel locally when required for business needs

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree in Business, Administrative Support, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of one year of work, internship, or volunteer experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role preferred
  • Strong organizational, time management, and customer service skills with excellent attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, staff, and community partners by answering phones, responding to inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service
  • Manage incoming correspondence, maintain filing systems, process documentation, and support records management to ensure accurate and organized office operations
  • Perform a variety of administrative functions including data entry, report preparation, office supply management, and basic bookkeeping support
  • Support program leadership with meeting coordination, staff onboarding activities, training logistics, and other administrative projects
  • Assist with electronic health record and information management systems, including entering data, generating reports, and supporting documentation processes
  • Contribute to quality assurance initiatives by assisting with chart audits, surveys, compliance-related tasks, and other operational support activities
