About The Position

A fast-growing and dynamic Financial Planning and Wealth Management firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. We are seeking a motivated and professional Administrative Assistant to join our Midtown Atlanta office. This position is ideal for a recent college graduate or early-career professional seeking an opportunity to build a long-term career within the financial services industry while working in a collaborative, fast-paced, and client-focused environment. The Administrative Assistant will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the firm while helping deliver an exceptional client experience. This individual will work closely with the Client Service Associates, team principals, and Associate Financial Advisors to support clients' onboarding, servicing, office administration, and general team operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 0–2 years of professional experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Professional demeanor and client-first mindset

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors at the front desk
  • Answer and direct incoming client phone calls professionally and courteously
  • Welcome office visitors and assist with meeting coordination
  • Support Client Service Associates with all aspects of client onboarding and ongoing servicing
  • Assist with the preparation and organization of client paperwork and internal documentation
  • Provide administrative support to team principals and Associate Financial Advisors
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and office logistics as needed
  • Assist with data entry, file organization, and operational projects
  • Help maintain a professional and organized office environment
  • Support various team initiatives and special projects
