Requirements

  • Assist the Property Manager in effectively managing the administrative responsibilities at the property
  • Ensuring the satisfaction of the residents and prospects

Responsibilities

  • File
  • Prepare/type/post notices to tenants
  • Prepare move in packets
  • Prepare application packets
  • Plan, shop, and host monthly resident events
  • Fill out/send landlord verifications
  • Check voicemail & distribute messages to team
  • Prepare annual and interim recertification packets
  • Enter/complete work orders in the database
  • Other duties as assigned
