About The Position

An administrative assistant's role is to support an office by managing a variety of organizational and clerical tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Experience in clerical, secretarial, or other administrative roles
  • Computer literacy and software skills
  • Strong communication skills and positive attitude
  • Bilingual with written and verbal fluency in English and Spanish
  • Demonstrated discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills to efficiently handle various tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office softwares

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones, manage incoming/outgoing mail, and emails.
  • Manage calendars and organize meetings.
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
  • Provide a welcoming and professional environment for visitors and clients.
  • Assist with special projects to support overall office operations.
