The Campus Ministry Administrative Assistant served as the operational lead of the Coleman-Morse first floor. This role demands strong organizational and interpersonal skills, a hospitable presence, and the ability to support two directors while managing a broad range of administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced, mission-driven setting. The ideal candidate brings both professional competence and a genuine commitment to the spiritual mission of the University. Campus Ministry is one of six areas within the Division of Student Affairs whose primary purpose is to cultivate and care for the spiritual needs of all students who call Notre Dame home. Rooted in the Catholic, Holy Cross tradition, Campus Ministry fosters personal spiritual growth, encourages participation in the sacramental and liturgical life of the Church, supports various forms of worship and personal prayer, provides opportunities for pilgrimages, retreats and service, and seeks to enhance and develop lifelong faith formation.
