About The Position

Truong Rehabilitation Center is seeking a highly organised and compassionate Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated team. This is a Full-Time position based at our facility in Columbus, Ohio, United States. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our centre. Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient-focused approach.
  • A strong understanding of the importance of confidentiality and discretion.
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within a healthcare or clinical setting is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology or patient management software would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the reception area, greeting patients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanour.
  • Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments, therapy sessions, and staff meetings.
  • Handling all incoming telephone calls and email enquiries, providing accurate information or directing them to the appropriate person.
  • Maintaining and managing patient records with the utmost confidentiality and in compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to our team of therapists and medical professionals.
  • Assisting with patient billing, processing payments, and liaising with insurance providers.
  • Managing office supplies, including inventory checks and placing orders to ensure resources are always available.
  • Preparing reports, memos, and other documents as required.
