We currently have an opening at our Logan, OH facility for an Administrative Assistant.

Requirements

  • Computer proficiency with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Project, QuickBooks, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of standard office equipment operation
  • Familiarity with clerical and administrative procedures such as filing and record-keeping
  • Understanding of basic office management principles and practices
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with additional coursework in
  • U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • 2-3 years of experience in administrative or financial roles
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to turn visitors without appointments away
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Planning and organizational abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Problem assessment and resolution
  • Information gathering and monitoring

Responsibilities

  • Answer, screen, and transfer inbound phone calls
  • Receive and direct visitors and clients
  • Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, and mailing
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
  • Retrieve documents from filing systems
  • Handle requests for information and data
  • Resolve administrative problems and inquiries
  • Prepare written responses to routine inquiries
  • Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers, supervisors, and clients
  • Prepare agendas for meetings and manage schedules
  • Assist with project document control
  • Record, compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence
  • Maintain office supply inventories
  • Coordinate maintenance of office equipment
  • Coordinate and maintain records for staff, telephones, parking, and petty cash
  • Run errands, examples may include post office, pickups, or drop offs as directed and required.
