Nice To Haves

• Experience in a medical office, orthopedic practice, urgent care, physical therapy, or healthcare setting
• Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
• Interest in learning basic X-ray operations and imaging workflow (training available)
• Strong computer and administrative skills
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply

• Front desk and patient reception
• Appointment scheduling
• Surgery scheduling and coordination
• Patient communication and follow-up
• Insurance verification and authorizations
• EMR documentation support
• Community outreach activities
• Marketing and social media support
• Procurement and supply management
• Coordination with hospitals, surgery centers, and referring providers
• Assistance with clinic operations and special projects
