This full-time position will work directly with the team and assist with the following: Answer phones Organize packing slips and paperwork Creates expense reports Creates purchase orders Misc. filing, scanning, copying Assists with keeping merchandise stocked for the field Keeping office organized with supplies Vendor management Travel arrangements Processing invoices Assist with payroll processing Assist as needed with new hire and employee documentation
