As our Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support for the Homeowner Service (HOS) Department. Document HOS calls in Corrigo; operate and maintain service software system; run and distribute monthly reports; process and file inspection reports for QSI home inspections. Coordinate homeowner service appointments with homeowners, HOS Managers and Trade Partners. Monitor and maintain voice mail and emergency system.
