The Administrative Assistant performs full administrative and general office duties in support of a Director and/or department. This position typically reports to a Director/Sr. Director and has no direct reports. The role requires the ability to work independently, follow existing routines, and solve problems by considering a few options and past practices, with guidance always available and prior permission required before changing work methods. The company operates over 2,200 retail stores across North America, with all associates focused on helping customers build and improve their homes and businesses.
