The administrative assistant works under the direct supervision of an experienced member of the professional staff and will file, type documents, make copies, answer the phones, take messages, direct defendants to the appropriate officers, and any other duties as needed, under the guidance of senior staff. The Administrative Assistant/Support Staff shall assist in all administrative activity to include: greeting the public, manage the reporting of offenders by notifying and reminding officers, answering the telephone, taking and relaying messages, data entry, notarizing documents, scan reports and documents in case files, receiving payments, balancing daily receipts, take daily deposits to bank, maintain records of supervision fees, transferring case records for courtesy supervision, routing mail, maintaining attendance sheets, scanning of files, assist with indirect cases and performing other ancillary duties as required.
