Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Overall agility in adapting to technology; high level proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint a plus.
  • Email and calendar management; ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and independently
  • Comfortable with horizontal and upward management
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Base Experience Senior Leadership Team and department leadership, including meeting coordination, stakeholder communication, presentation development, documentation management, and departmental reporting.
  • Manage departmental communications, shared inboxes, announcements, and distribution of information to support operational and employee experience initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation in accordance with company standards.
  • Support workforce management processes, including scheduling, time and labor administration, sick time tracking, payroll support, missed punch resolution, and compliance audits.
  • Develop, maintain, and distribute KPI scorecards, labor reports, performance dashboards, and operational analytics to support business goals and leadership decision-making.
  • Monitor workforce and operational metrics, identify trends, and provide reporting that supports departmental priorities and organizational objectives.
  • Coordinate employee engagement and recognition programs, including Team On-the-Spot initiatives, appreciation efforts, and department culture-building activities.
  • Support leadership in executing employee experience strategies and communication plans that promote engagement, retention, and recognition.
  • Coordinate hiring and onboarding activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, onboarding administration, records management, employee housing allocations and new hire readiness.
  • Partner with department leaders and training teams to coordinate training programs, maintain training records, monitor compliance requirements, and support employee development initiatives.
  • Ensure visibility and tracking of hiring, onboarding, and training performance metrics.
  • Support departmental financial and procurement processes, including ordering, invoice reconciliation, budget tracking, contract administration, vendor coordination, and purchasing activities.
  • Assist leadership with project timelines, capital expenditure tracking, and administrative processes that support department operations.
  • Administer and support departmental and federal compliance programs, employee record retention, housing and transportation-related tracking, parking permit administration, and other operational programs as assigned.
  • Coordinate audits, process reviews, and compliance tracking to ensure adherence to company policies and operational standards.
  • Support department and resort-wide projects through planning, coordination, tracking, reporting, and execution of assigned initiatives.
  • Participate in cross-functional committees, special projects, and operational improvement efforts.
  • Provide field and operational support as needed to assist departmental and resort-wide business objectives.
