About The Position

This is a temporary, onsite role (8am–5pm, first shift) where you will support operations at a combined manufacturing/office site, ensuring accurate recordkeeping and smooth daily site logistics. You will work closely with multiple internal groups, visitors, and operations staff to maintain compliance and operational efficiency. This is a 6-month contract assignment and will not convert to a permanent role.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of related office experience or demonstrated ability to perform the responsibilities described
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to accurately type 40 wpm
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel) and general PC skills
  • Thorough knowledge of office equipment, administrative procedures, and related terminology
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to various groups across the site, handling day-to-day office needs
  • Organize, scan, file, and maintain records with attention to part and serial numbers
  • Accurately enter detailed information into the Traceability database following naming and storage standards
  • Track and maintain office and kitchen supplies
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and route voicemails appropriately
  • Coordinate visitor support, including booking conference rooms and ordering catering, and assist with visitor sign-in
  • Maintain lobby and physical file storage; assist with year-end boxing and off-site storage preparation
  • Follow safety, export control, and communication protocols
  • Use Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat to track work, organize paperwork, and communicate
