This position is an advanced administrative support role for an existing organization or department. Completes assignments of a complex and confidential nature and relieves superior(s) of some administrative detail within established limits. Makes independent decisions regarding planning, organizing and scheduling own work. Assignments may require advanced computer skills in word processing, spreadsheet, power point, graphics and database software. This role may also be involved in administrative functions including tracking employee records and departmental budget.
