About The Position

The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the family-owned landscape company. This role involves managing office operations, handling client communications, maintaining records, and assisting with various tasks to ensure efficient business operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and financial procedures.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with the landscaping industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage correspondence.
  • Maintain and organize company files, records, and databases.
  • Heavy Data entry, auditing files, scheduling and invoicing.
  • Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
