This role provides seasonal hiring support in the H&R Block applicant tracking system and administrative support to the District Operations Coordinator (DOC) supporting the overall district(s) offices. The Operations Admin will also provide hands-on support to Tax Office Associates with Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) renewal/payment. Responsibilities include receiving and documenting communication from offices regarding supplies, facilities, or support needs, researching solutions, and escalating issues as needed. The role involves communicating with various levels of associates, sourcing vendors for facility tickets, processing payments, and maintaining technical knowledge of systems like Microsoft Teams and the Microsoft Suite. Attendance at training sessions and other duties as assigned are also part of the role.
