Our SDG team in Salt Lake is eagerly looking for an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join their dynamic team. You will report directly to our Manager, Facilities and be tasked with providing clerical and reception support for their growing site. This is an on-site, collaborative working environment that offers a 9/80 schedule to include every other Friday off! (Typical schedule is M-Th, 7am-4pm, every other F 7am-3pm)

Requirements

  • HS Diploma/GED
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated software expertise with MS Office, especially Excel.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a manufacturing facility is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Delivering administrative support services to the organization
  • Managing reception, greeting guests/visitors, issuing security passes, providing direction to the appropriate person(s) and maintaining a welcoming lobby area
  • Answering incoming phone calls and relaying telephone messages in a timely manner
  • Composing and responding to general email correspondence from internal and external sources
  • Sorting and distributing incoming mail/packages
  • Support company events/calendar management to include meeting coordination, conference room scheduling, travel arrangements and catering services
  • Prepare PO's, documentation and routine reports as needed
