The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies is looking for an Administrative Assistant/Purchasing to support our corporate operations located in Orlando, Florida. The Administrative Assistant reports to the Purchasing Manager. The purpose of this position is to be highly skilled in both tactical and strategic purchasing as the Purchasing Administrator. This role involves optimizing our corporate purchasing processes, leading purchasing initiatives, managing key supplier relationships, and ensuring all purchasing activities align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to drive cost efficiencies and mentor junior staff.
