We are seeking an Administrative Assistant/ Office Manager. This is a cornerstone role in our organization and a critical partner to our leadership team. The Office Manager & Administrative Assistant will serve as the operational anchor of our Fort Lauderdale office and a trusted right hand to senior executives. This role combines full ownership of office operations with high-level executive support. You will run the office as a business, while also managing priorities for the C-suite. We are looking for a true hand-raiser: someone who anticipates needs, takes ownership without being asked, and thrives in a fast-moving executive environment.
