In this role, you will oversee and manage Houston corporate office operations such as supply orders, package/mail logistics, and help facilitate corporate meetings. Additionally, you will support senior market leaders by managing their schedules, market communications, expense management, and project planning. How can you make a difference? Administrative Support: Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, preparing presentations, and managing travel arrangements. Project Management: Tracking projects, managing timelines, and ensuring deadlines are met. Communication: Serving as a primary point of contact for the executive, handling internal and external communications, and ensuring clear and effective messaging. Problem Solving: Anticipating needs, identifying potential issues, and proactively finding solutions.
