This position will be located at our Headquarters in College Station, Texas. The role addresses routine issues and inquiries while directing more complex matters to higher‑level staff. Employees in this position possess basic to intermediate knowledge of the subject matter. Provides administrative support to maintain the efficient operation of the office. Performs a wide range of tasks, including answering phone calls, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and organizing files. Assists with coordinating meetings and events, as well as managing correspondence. Supports business development activities by delivering knowledgeable, high‑quality customer service as the first point of contact through in‑person interactions and/or telephone communication. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Works collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and consistent daily operations.
