About The Position

We are seeking a professional and highly organized Office Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and financial support to ownership and affiliated business entities. This position is based in our corporate office and plays an integral role in supporting day-to-day operations across multiple business interests. Requirements

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of administrative experience required
  • Accounting or bookkeeping background strongly preferred
  • Experience with general ledger reconciliation preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel experience preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and assist with end-of-month reporting
  • Perform general ledger reconciliation and basic accounting support
  • Coordinate bank deposits and banking transactions
  • Maintain organized financial and administrative records
  • Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional manner
  • Support ownership with administrative needs and special projects
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and financial information
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
