About The Position

Concord Management, a locally-owned property management company serving the Triad for over 30 years, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team part time. As a resident-focused management team, we like to take care of our employees, who in turn take fantastic care of our residents. This is an hourly position with room for potential growth. Our Property Management team works together with local property owners to manage their property investments while ensuring local residents can live, work, and play in a healthy environment. Concord Management is a trusted resource for both property owners and residents.

Requirements

  • Have administrative experience in a property management environment.
  • Highly proficient computer skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented.
  • Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm AND Tuesday 12pm - 2pm
  • Work Location: In person
  • Education: High school or equivalent (Required)

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of property management office procedures including use of web-based applications/screening platform.
  • Experience in customer service or office administration.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support.
  • Ensure that residents receive courteous reception and services.
  • Handle all incoming calls in a professional manner.
  • Meet and greet all visitors and the general public as our “Director of First Impressions.”
  • Process work orders with vendors for our residents and owners.
  • Administrative tasks and other non-property management related work.
