The Occupational Medicine Administrative Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Occupational Medicine program, helping ensure efficient, accurate, and timely service for employer clients and their employees. This position serves as a key point of contact between employer partners, patients, clinical teams, and internal departments and assists with coordinating occupational health services such as pre-employment screenings, drug and alcohol testing, physical examinations, work-related injury services, and other employer-requested services.
