Module assignment — required learning modules must be assigned to each new hire prior to start. Completion tracking — ongoing monitoring of module completion across the orientation cohort. Clearance review — verifying that new hires have completed required clearances before unit placement. Buddy assignments — pairing new hires with appropriate buddies for unit-based onboarding.
