This position works within an Intake team at a full-service litigation firm specializing in the representation of first responders. The firm has 16 attorneys and over 60 employees. The role requires efficiency and organization in completing a high volume of straightforward tasks, and the ability to communicate these tasks to clients and attorneys. The candidate will receive training for success. The preferred candidate has experience in a law firm or other professional business completing administrative tasks, but strong experience in retail, reception, or other high volume customer service roles are also welcome.
