About The Position

Apply to join the SEKISUI Aerospace team today! As an admin assistant you will facilitate the efficient operation of the site by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people in a diverse workforce.
  • Professional presence with the ability to greet employees and visitors in a courteous manner.
  • Basic understanding of administrative and clerical systems and procedures (phone system, mail, receiving payments, inventory of supplies, etc.)
  • Ability to create marketing materials and execute marketing initiatives using an array of platforms.
  • Advanced multitasking, time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to details and ability to keep workstation and lobby area clean and presentable.
  • Experienced in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and conference room schedules.
  • Expert user of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience with marketing, graphic design, or social media preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Responds to and resolving administrative inquiries and questions
  • Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.
  • Welcomes and directs visitors and clients.
  • Coordinates events, activities, and meals.
  • Develops and executes marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness in alignment with business objectives.
  • Creates content and drives engagement on social media.
  • Develops internal and external marketing materials & campaigns.
  • Prepares and edits correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Manages company meetings and calendars. Coordinates travel arrangements as necessary.
  • Maintains a system for recording expenses and completes monthly expense reports.
  • Supports leadership team with administrative tasks and special projects.
  • Reviews operating practices and implements improvements when necessary.
