About The Position

This position involves entering and locating work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems. The role requires reading and visually verifying information in various formats, including small print. Responsibilities include transmitting information or documents via computer, mail, or facsimile machine, and exchanging information with other employees using electronic devices such as pagers, two-way radios, and email. The job also requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods or entire work shifts. The associate must follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions, and complete safety training and certifications. Adherence to company policies, maintaining a clean and professional appearance, ensuring confidentiality of proprietary information, and protecting company assets are essential. The role involves welcoming and acknowledging guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing guest service needs, assisting individuals with disabilities, and thanking guests with genuine appreciation. Effective communication is key, including speaking with others using clear and professional language, preparing and reviewing written documents accurately and completely, and answering telephones using appropriate etiquette. Developing and maintaining positive working relationships, supporting team goals, and responding appropriately to employee concerns are also important. The position requires ensuring adherence to quality expectations and standards, and identifying, recommending, developing, and implementing improvements for organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost-savings. Physical requirements include moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors may also be performed.
