Under the supervision of the Assistant Dean for Curriculum Management, this position provides administrative and operational support for the Office of Academic Affairs and Education's Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) and Accreditation functions. The incumbent will assist with accreditation activities, continuous quality improvement initiatives, assessment and evaluation processes, and digital accessibility compliance to support the School of Medicine's educational mission and accreditation standards. This position works collaboratively with faculty, staff, administrators, and institutional partners to coordinate accreditation documentation, maintain databases and reports, support committee meetings, collect and analyze assessment data, and assist with institutional reporting. The role also supports digital accessibility by ensuring documents and electronic content comply with ADA, Section 508, and WCAG accessibility standards. Assignments require strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality. The successful candidate must be able to work independently, interpret policies and procedures, support special projects, and collaborate effectively with a diverse group of faculty, staff, students, and external partners in a fast-paced academic environment.
