About The Position

We are looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant III to provide administrative and operational support to the Product DNA team within the Global Technology & Innovation organization. This role plays a key part in enabling day-to-day team effectiveness by supporting coordination, communication, and execution of core administrative activities in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. This role will be based at the Mounds View MN Campus and the selected candidate will work on site 4 days per week. Requirements

  • Requires minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Requires broad practical knowledge of operational systems and practices typically gained through extensive experience and/or education.
  • Requires unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Medtronic experience
  • Previous experience supporting VP level leadership in a corporate setting, specifically an Operations or Human Resources function
  • Experience with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Previous experience with meeting coordination, travel arrangements (including international), and complex calendar management
  • Strong project management experience
  • Ability to work well under multiple instructions and directions with tight deadlines
  • High level of energy and willingness to work independently in a “fast-paced” environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars and scheduling across multiple stakeholders to support alignment with team priorities
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation
  • Prepare and submit expense reports in accordance with company policies
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, including room reservations, technology setup, and logistics for in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats
  • Prepare meeting agendas and materials, and support follow-up activities as needed
  • Support the planning and execution of team meetings, events, and offsite activities
  • Assist in drafting and distributing team communications
  • Serve as a point of contact for coordination across teams and functions
  • Maintain files, documents, and administrative systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
  • Track action items and support routine team deliverables and reporting activities
  • Support onboarding coordination and schedule interviews for new team members
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Provide general administrative and project support as required
  • Demonstrate flexibility and initiative while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
