Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
3+ years experience in an administrative role supporting executives
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software

Nice To Haves

Associates degree in secretarial studies strongly preferred
Ability to type 50 wpm or better preferred

Responsibilities

Coordinates and maintains daily office routines and paperwork for the Executives assigned to.
Ensures calls/messages or high priority information are communicated appropriately.
Composes, transcribes, proofs, and/or edits letters, memos, and various documents in a timely and accurate manner.
Schedules, distributes notices, attends, takes and maintains minutes for important meetings as required.
Make arrangements for programs, conventions and seminars that may include travel arrangements, hotel or meeting accommodations, registration, and itineraries.
Organizes and maintains file systems for correspondence and other records.
Update contact lists and directory lists as needed.
Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including email and faxes.
Greets visitors and employees, assisting and directing if necessary.
Assists in coordinating special events such as meetings, employee events, etc.
Keeps expense records and creates spreadsheets for productivity data.
Keep invoices and route for signature-submit for payment.
Provides coverage for other Administrative Support Assistants in their absence.
