About The Position

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations, manage schedules, and keep things running efficiently.

Requirements

  • Associate degree and three to four years related work experience or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support for the Glasgow Health Campus, Nursing Division, and Allied Health Division.
  • Oversees purchasing, budget reconciliation, and financial operations for the Glasgow Health Campus, Nursing Division, and Allied Health Division.
  • Responsible for acquiring equipment, instructional aids, and supplies for students, faculty, and staff within the Nursing Division and the Allied Health Division.
  • Serves as the liaison for student financial aid, assisting with scholarships, grants, loans, and FAFSA guidance for students at the Glasgow Health Campus.
  • Monitors budget expenditures to ensure procedural compliance and supports the campus and program’s fiscal integrity.
  • Schedules logistics and secures resources for meetings, conferences, travel, and department operations.
  • Maintains organization and updates physical and electronic records related to work operations according to established policies and procedures and other duties as assigned.
