About The Position

This role plays a vital part in ensuring accurate, timely production reporting and smooth daily office operations. You’ll be at the center of plant data integrity—supporting production, finance, and management teams through precise data entry, reconciliation, and administrative support. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 plus years of accounting and/or administrative/office experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to catch discrepancies quickly.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced plant environment.
  • Must reside in the United States to be considered.
  • No written warning in the past six (6) months
  • No suspension on record for the last 12 months

Responsibilities

  • Enter, monitor, and verify real-time production data in system (Amino/SAP).
  • Record and reconcile scale tickets for raw materials, byproducts, and finished goods.
  • Track production totals, waste, yield, and variances; escalate discrepancies promptly.
  • Coordinate with supervisors to resolve missing or inaccurate production data.
  • Maintain accurate production, inventory, and scale house documentation.
  • Generate daily and weekly production and variance reports for management.
  • Support scale house operations, including ticket accuracy and cash balancing.
  • Assist accounting with invoice processing, purchase order tracking, and month-end validation.
  • Maintain organized records for audits and compliance.
  • Train plant staff on documentation and data submission requirements.
  • Utilize postage machine and distribute incoming mail.
  • Support continuous improvement and perform other duties as assigned.
