About The Position

At EEI, an employee-owned company, the Administrative Assistant II leads administrative functions while reporting to the Chief Financial Officer. The role spans operational leadership, employee onboarding and training coordination, vendor and account management, corporate assets, and regional logistics. The position calls for strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills, and the ability to provide administrative leadership while managing multiple critical projects. It also offers an opportunity to learn about the commissioning engineering industry. The role is open to local hybrid candidates in Lakewood, Colorado, who can attend in-person meetings and events. The listed hourly range is $31.00–$37.00, based on the Denver labor market and subject to change based on location. Typical travel is up to 10%.
