The role involves performing administrative duties independently and providing professional assistance to the President, Executive Assistant to the President, Board of Governors, and General Counsel. The position serves as the public face of the President's Office and is often the first point of contact for students, parents, faculty, staff, alumni, and other constituent groups. Under the direction of the Executive Assistant to the President, the position will welcome visitors; handle phone calls and mail; maintain the President's calendar; assist with coordinating logistics for meetings and events; facilitate travel arrangements; oversee budget and requisition processes; maintain databases and file records; draft correspondence; coordinate or assist with regular processes and events for the President's Office; and lead or assist with various other projects and administrative duties as needed or assigned. Occasional after-hours and weekend work will be required.
