This role will provide administrative support to multiple senior executives, including the SVP Global Manufacturing & Engineering and VP Global Supply Chain Strategy & Value Acceleration, as well as occasional support of the leadership teams of these leaders. Working under moderate to limited supervision, this role requires significant independent judgment to perform routine to complex tasks. This individual must possess the ability to build collaborative relationships and proactively seek ways to improve organizational efficiencies. Work will typically involve gathering and compiling information relevant to the executive’s assignment and will often assist on project work to support the executive and/or team. The job involves global scope and international exposure.

Requirements

  • Ability to solve routine problems of moderate scope and complexity following established policies and procedures.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, being able to grasp the “big picture”
  • Ability to manage tasks and projects with autonomy while using good judgment and diplomacy
  • Interface with all levels within the organization, including senior leadership
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent follow-through skills
  • Ability to handle highly confidential material/correspondence and exercise discretion regarding confidential information
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint

Responsibilities

  • Ensure effective ongoing operations of SVPs office, ability to multi⁃task
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements, both domestic and international, including itineraries, agendas, visas
  • Manage complex calendar and handle all scheduling matters
  • Serve as contact person for planning high level meetings (quarterly, regional, bi-annual, etc.) including venue selection, catering, etc.
  • Process monthly expense reports using Concur
  • Prepare documents such as emails, communications, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Attend meetings and responsible for preparation of agenda, recaps, follow ups
  • Receive/Review (and action where applicable) all mail/email
  • Manage Town Hall meetings
  • Able to serve as backup assistant to Senior Leadership
