This position provides essential administrative, organizational, accounting, and fiscal support to the Court Interpreter Certification and Regulation Program—which qualifies and regulates spoken language court interpreters for the Florida State Courts System. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Preparing travel reimbursement requests, assisting with inventory management, drafting correspondence, and preparing reports. Creating templates for forms and assisting with organizing travel and meeting logistics. Processing requests related to training, testing, and renewals for registration or official state-level designation. Ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow for all administrative aspects of the program. Collecting and inputting data for statistical reports, maintaining automated office systems and databases, and providing information to court personnel and the public. Ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting. Handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and judgment. Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with judges, court personnel, state and local government staff, vendors, and the public. Occasionally travel within the state to serve as a test proctor or provide administrative support at workshops and oral exam administrations. The ideal candidate must demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail while effectively working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
